Vital Auto Spaguarantees your total satisfaction on the final detail of your vehicle.
If for any reason a client is not satisfied, Vital Auto Spa will do what is deemed necessary and reasonable for total customer satisfaction.
You will have a scheduled day and estimated time for each scheduled service. If you book an appointment with us and provide a deposit, in whole or in part of the service requested, and need to cancel/reschedule please inform us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule and do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you forfeit that service and we may retain the deposit. If you know in advance of a time you will need to cancel a service, and inform us at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment, we will either attempt to reschedule that service, or credit your account. Any credit given will only be for the exact price of the deposit given. If you would prefer to reschedule, and do so in accordance with the Cancellation Policy time frame above, we will make every effort to fit you into our schedule. If we cannot reasonably reschedule you, we will either credit your account or refund you in accordance with the policies in this disclaimer.
No Show Policy:
Once the detail appointment has been booked and a date and time settled, failure to show without informing us within the Cancellation Policy guideline above, you forfeit that service appointment and we may retain any deposits collected. Any future appointments will require a 50% deposit regardless of service and if failure to show once again all future services will need to be paid, in full, at time of scheduling.
Vital Auto Spa may require a deposit for select services. This deposit may be used for purposes that Vital Auto Spa sees fit to use it for including, but not limited to, to ensure the necessary equipment and/or supplies are available to complete the detail. In some cases this deposit may be non-refundable. However, if Vital Auto Spa sees fit to refund this deposit it will do so in accordance with this disclaimer within 14 business days.
If the weather prevents us from completing the detail for your vehicle (i.e. rain, heat, cold, etc.), we will make every effort to reschedule you for the next available day or time when the weather allows us to complete the detail. If we cannot reasonably reschedule you, we will either credit your account or refund you, in accordance with the policies in this disclaimer.
The 48 hours after a ceramic coating the vehicle must remain dry, we do try to account for this dry spell in our scheduling but we do encourage picking up your vehicle once any pending inclement weather passes at delivery time.
Vital Auto Spa will be as accurate as possible when scheduling a detail. Depending upon the actual condition and size of the vehicle being detailed, this schedule can change. Each vehicle is owned and maintained differently, and Vital Auto Spa may find it necessary to schedule more time in order to complete a satisfactory job. We do choose to take our time but also want you to be able to enjoy your vehicle. We try to balance expectations based on what we can do either within budget or within timeframes provided.
Right of Refusal Policy:
Vital Auto Spa reserves the right to refuse service on any vehicle or for any person, even if the detail has already begun. If the vehicle fails in its ability to continue the services expected we will stop and there will be a minimum $75 inspection/service fee charged instead of the detail fee based on labor time spent up to.
Vehicle Inspection Policy:
It is the owner’s responsibility to be available for the initial and final vehicle inspections. If either person is not available for the initial or final inspection, then Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for any customer dissatisfaction. Some services require a pre-inspection checklist form. In these instances it is required for the owner or owner's representative to be there for the initial and final inspections. Vital Auto Spa will not begin any scheduled work without the signed, written consent of the owner or owner’s representative for these services.
Pre-Existing Damage Policy (Exterior):
Most cars have a variety of defects in the paint and exterior including, but not limited to, wash marring, scratches, dents, dings, etc. from normal wear and tear, commercial car wash facilities, and other external factors. Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for these types of minor imperfections. Until the automobile has been completely prep washed, it is difficult to see every defect. Therefore, Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for any type of pre-existing damage caused by other sources, detailers, or all other uncontrolled elements. We perform a Vehicle Inspection Report on all extensive details. Vital Auto Spa documents where these markings are found and this report added to clients file when apt. In general we expect vehicles to be water tight and able to go through the processes of basic washing and maintenance or we be made aware of any special attention necessary based on vehicle design by factory or by modification.
Pre-Existing Damage Policy (Interior):
Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing damage it may find during the normal course of detailing the interior of any vehicle. It may be difficult to find pre-existing damage during the initial inspection, especially if the vehicle is dirty and cluttered with debris or personal items left in the vehicle. Older vehicles usually have many interior and exterior components that have broken, worn out, faded, or become loose and cracked. If Vital Auto Spa should break, disconnect, or damage any component of a client’s vehicle, we will bring this to his or her attention. If the vehicle has unusual repairs we will not be held responsible for any further damage.
Most wheel rims are under constant abuse from general road conditions, metal brake dust, and washing conditions. They commonly have multiple stains, dings, pits and scratches caused by normal driving conditions, metal brake dust, or other external factors that can be exacerbated by cleaning. Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for pre-existing damage of the vehicle’s wheels, rims, or wheel covers.
Personal Belongings Policy:
It is the responsibility of the vehicle’s owner or owner's representative to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before the detail begins. Vital Auto Spa reserves the right to not detail any area of the vehicle if personal belongings were not removed prior to the start of the detail. Vital Auto Spa is not responsible for belongings that have been left in the vehicle by the owner before, during, or after the detail process. If any personal belongings are removed from the vehicle we will place them into the cargo area of the vehicle.
Completion of Detail Policy:
It is the owner’s responsibility to be aware of the scheduling of each detail job and to be available or send a representative for final inspection upon completion of the detail. Vital Auto Spa reserves the right to add additional charges for time spent waiting after the final detail has been completed. It is the owner’s responsibility to reset and check all electrical components, seat settings, stereo settings, buttons, knobs, and child safety seat settings after completion of detail.
Pictures and Social Media Policy:
Vital Auto Spa may take pictures of your vehicle before, during, and after the detail process. These pictures serve to document the condition of the vehicle for purposes including, but not limited to, to highlight work performed on the vehicle, to show the condition of the vehicle, including any flaws or pre-existing damage, should Vital Auto Spa need proof of vehicle condition for any reason, to showcase the abilities of Vital Auto Spa in restoring the vehicle's appearance or finish, to upload on a social media site for Vital Auto Spa's portfolio, or to upload on the website that Vital Auto Spa uses for its business. If you would not like pictures of your vehicle to be uploaded onto either a social media site or to the website that Vital Auto Spa uses you may make a request for this. However, for other intended uses including, but not limited to, those as stated above, Vital Auto Spa still reserves the right to take pictures of the vehicle and keep them on file.
Once Vital Auto Spa has completed the final detail, payment is due immediately. Unless prior arrangements have been made in writing and agreed upon, it is the owner or owner representative’s responsibility to have payment ready as agreed upon in the final invoice.
Return Checks Policy:
Vital Auto Spa reserves the right and will charge an additional $25 for each returned check.
Key Return Policy:
Vital Auto Spa will return the vehicle’s keys only to the owner or owner’s representative and no one else. It is the owner or owner’s representative’s responsibility to obtain the keys from Vital Auto Spa upon completion and final inspection of the detailed vehicle.
